Rontrell is a certified and enthusiastic music educator. He is passionate about secondary education band programs and helping teachers find their voice in today's band room. His professional development methods aim to equip band directors with tools to grow their programs, engage community stakeholders, and enrich students with material they can relate to.

Along with his passion for instrumental music, Rontrell has also found a love for DJing. He specializes in parties, weddings, and school events.

Rontrell has been writing and designing drills for high school and college/university marching bands for over 10 years. He designs both Traditional and Corps Style. He provides affordable, comprehensive marching band drill designs that will create great results at any competitive or non-competitive level.
